Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") govern your use of the Tokzee mobile application (the "Platform") and are established by VoicePe Technologies Private Limited ("Tokzee", "Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Guidelines are designed to foster a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all users. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Guidelines, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Failure to adhere to these Guidelines may result in actions such as content removal, account suspension, or legal action, if necessary. We reserve the right to update these Guidelines periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

1. Profile Guidelines

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Tokzee. If you are found to be under 18, your account will be blocked. We may request identification to verify your age.

Authenticity

Profiles must accurately reflect your real identity. Impersonation, creating fake profiles, or misrepresenting personal details (such as age, gender, location, etc.) will result in account suspension or termination.

2. Content Guidelines

Tokzee aims to provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all users. Any content that violates these Guidelines will be removed, and accounts may face suspension or termination. Users are prohibited from independently recording sessions of any participants, as such actions violate privacy laws and the terms of our Platform.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

All content shared on the Platform must comply with Indian law, including the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act. Content that threatens national unity, security, public order, or incites illegal activity is strictly prohibited. We cooperate with legal authorities whenever necessary.

Nudity and Sexual Content

The following types of content are not permitted on Tokzee:

Full or partial nudity, sexually explicit images or videos, or any content depicting sexual acts.
Content promoting or soliciting pornography, sexual services, or sexually exploitative material.
Depictions of child sexual exploitation, bestiality, or revenge porn.
Any form of sextortion or non-consensual intimate content.
Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual comments and advances.
Shirtless photos indoors or images of individuals in lingerie or underwear are prohibited. Content showing explicit outlines of genitals, nipples, or areolas, even if partially covered, is not allowed.

Harassment, Bullying, and Abuse

We prohibit all forms of harassment, bullying, and abuse on the Platform. This includes:

Abusive language, threats, or personal attacks.
Harassment based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.
Non-consensual sharing of personal images, stalking, or blackmail.
Persistent unwanted contact after being asked to stop.

Intellectual Property

Respect for intellectual property is essential. Users are prohibited from:

Posting content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of others.
Sharing or reposting content without proper attribution or permission from the owner.

Violence and Dangerous Activities

The following types of content are prohibited:

Graphic depictions of violence, gore, or suffering.
Promotion of violent organizations, terrorism, or organized crime.
Depictions of animal cruelty or any content that glorifies violence.

Hate Speech and Discrimination

Tokzee prohibits any content that promotes hate or discrimination, including:

Inciting violence or spreading hate based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or disability.
Targeting or dehumanizing individuals or groups.

Self-Harm, Suicide, and Abuse

Content promoting or encouraging self-harm, suicide, or abuse is not permitted. This includes:

Graphic depictions of self-harm or suicide.
Content that glorifies or encourages abusive behavior toward any individual.

Illegal Activities

The promotion or facilitation of illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes:

Selling, promoting, or distributing illegal goods (e.g., drugs, weapons).
Tutorials on creating illegal items or engaging in unlawful acts.
Impersonation or fraud for financial gain.

Non-Consensual Content

Do not post or share personal content of others without their explicit consent. This includes:

Sharing intimate images or videos without permission.
Revealing someone's personal information (e.g., contact details, financial data) with harmful intent.

Spam and Misleading Content

Content that misleads users or promotes fraudulent activities is not allowed. This includes:

Repetitive commercial spam.
Artificially inflating engagement (likes, comments, etc.) through manipulative means.

Misinformation

We do not permit the spread of misinformation, including:

Deliberate disinformation or fake news.
Dangerous conspiracy theories or exaggerated claims.

3. Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse

Tokzee has a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual exploitation or abuse. The following is strictly prohibited:

Sharing, producing, or distributing any content that depicts child sexual abuse.
Visual depictions (including digital images, illustrations, or cartoons) of sexually explicit conduct involving minors.
Sharing third-party links or content that sexualizes children in any form.

Users may share images of their children, provided they are lawful, appropriate, and depict children fully clothed. Photos showing the genitalia or buttocks of babies or children, even if partially covered, are strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in immediate account removal and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited on and off the Platform. This includes:

Sharing unsolicited explicit images (cyberflashing).
Sharing private sexual images without consent (revenge porn).
Making unwanted sexual advances or comments.
Fetishizing or sexually objectifying others without their consent.

Bullying and Abusive Conduct

Bullying and abusive behavior will not be tolerated. This includes:

Insulting, degrading, or harassing comments.
Emotional abuse, blackmail, or persistent unwanted contact.
Encouraging or glorifying acts of violence.

Controlled Goods and Substances

Content that promotes or facilitates the sale or distribution of illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances is not allowed. This includes:

Promoting drug use or paraphernalia.
Sharing instructions on how to make or use illegal substances.

Dangerous Organizations

We do not allow any organizations or individuals that promote violence, terrorism, or hate to have a presence on Tokzee.

Scams and Theft

Any form of fraudulent activity intended to deceive users for financial gain is strictly prohibited. This includes:

Scamming users through fake romantic or financial intentions.
Misrepresenting personal identity for material benefit.

Violent and Graphic Content

Tokzee does not allow violent or graphic content, including:

Images showing excessive blood, real or realistic injuries, or human remains.
Any depiction of violence or cruelty toward individuals or animals.

5. Platform Security

We take security seriously. Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Platform's systems will result in severe consequences, including account termination. This includes:

Fake Profiles: Creating fake or multiple profiles is prohibited. Parody accounts must clearly indicate their nature.
Evading Suspension: Attempting to bypass account suspension by creating new accounts will result in permanent banning.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, please report it using the reporting features available on the Platform or by contacting support@tokzee.live. We will review the report and take appropriate action.

7. Actions Against Violators

We reserve the right to take the following actions against users who violate these Guidelines:

Content Removal: We will remove content that violates these Guidelines.
Account Suspension or Termination: Repeated or severe violations may result in account suspension or permanent banning.
Legal Action: We cooperate with law enforcement and will pursue legal action against users who engage in illegal activities.

8. Intermediary Status

Tokzee operates as an intermediary platform under Indian law. While we do not control user-generated content, we take appropriate action to remove content that violates these Guidelines or legal provisions. Our liability is limited as per applicable laws.
